United States Shipping Information

Domestic Orders are usually shipped through the United States Postal System using First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the package.  Orders are generally shipped within two business days of placing your order and should arrive within 2 to 6 business days after shipment depending on the destination.  Orders are shipped from New York.  P.O. boxes, APO and FBO addresses are accepted.  For expedited service, please select USPS Priority Mail Express Delivery.  Shipping may also be done using UPS Service occasionally.

 International Order Shipping

We offer shipping to most countries.  International Orders including Canada will be shipped via the United States Postal Service using First Class or Priority Mail Service depending on the weight.  A customs declaration form describing the contents and value of package will be included with your package.  Any additional duty or tax levied by your country is the customer’s responsibility.

Express Delivery

At order checkout, please specify the Expedited shipping method.  Orders will be sent using USPS Priority Mail Express Service.  USPS Express is generally an overnight delivery depending on the destination and drop-off time.  If UPS Overnight, 2nd or 3rd day is preferred, please contact our customer service department at 347-903-9627 (XMAS).  UPS estimated shipping charges for 2nd Day Air is approximately 3 times the UPS Ground charge and UPS Next Day Air 6 times the UPS Ground charge.

 

Free Shipping Policy

From time to time, we may offer Promotions that include Free Shipping.  These promotions apply to Domestic orders only.  International, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico destinations are not eligible to Free Shipping.

 

Please note that in-transit times and delivery dates are best estimates, we cannot be responsible for carrier or weather related delays.  Most orders ship within2 business days.  We will notify you if there is an unexpected delay caused by product availability or an unforeseen event.

 Return Policy

 

If not fully satisfied for any reason, a full refund or exchange will be provided however a 20% restocking fee may be applied under certain circumstances.   We must receive the returned merchandise within 14 days after receipt or before December 31st (whichever comes first) and the merchandise must be in original package and condition and unopened.  Please notify us within 14 days after purchase.  Merchandise returned must be in original package and condition.  All Return requests must be authorized by December 31st

Please promptly inspect inspect items upon receipt, if there is a problem, contact us within 7 days after receiving your order.  We will gladly troubleshoot the problem and find the best solution for theissue.  Do not send damaged, defective or the wrong merchandise back to us unless instructed by Universal Christmas customer service.   

If there is a problem with your order such as damage, defective or wrong product received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will try to resolve the issue and find the best solution such as replacing the damaged item or issuing a credit.

◦                      Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

◦                      Merchandise refunds will only be made in the original form of payment.

◦                      Product must be received in original package and condition.

◦                      Personalized merchandise cannot be returned.

◦                      A 15% restocking fee may apply for items returned after December 31st.

 

We cannot take back defective items after the stated time frame, if your item(s) breaks after normal use check the items warranty - your item might still be under its manufacturer’s warranty. Universal Christmas is not the manufacturer; any warranty will be honored by the manufacturer.
